- The system will now show you the best available options.
- Before that, you have to pay the Turkish Airlines change fee. Once the payment process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email address ID.
Flight Changes Through the Offline Methods
- First you will have to go to the counter at the airport and provide your confirmation code and passenger's name.
- Must share all required details and request change from an available employee.
- The Agent will review your request and make changes to your ticket based on availability.
- Once the agent confirms that it is available, pay the Turkish Airlines exchange fee and you will receive a new ticket immediately.
Flight Changes Through the phone call
- Call the flight change service/customer number.
- Select the preferred language
- Follow the instructions and connect with an available agent.
- The agent will ask you to provide a confirmation code, passenger name and flight number.
- Provide all details, the operator will review your entry and process your flight change request.
- The agent will check availability and ask you to pay for the Turkish Airlines transfer. Once payment is made, you will receive a new e-ticket directly to your registered credentials.
